The deposit(50% of the total participation fee) must be paid within 7 days from the date of the invoice issue.
The remaining balance (including VAT) is due by August 31, 2021.

Participation Costs

* Exhibitors can choose either:
Space only 3m x 3m = 9m² 2,600USD per Booth -Providing only space(Raw space)
-Applicable minimum is 2 booths
Standard Shell Scheme 3m x 3m = 9m² 3,000USD per Booth Exhibit space & Booth installation

Early-bird discount

By July 31, 2021 (3 months ahead) 20% off from the full price

Allocation of exhibition space

Booth Placement is arranged by the event organizer by a booth size, participation record, payment date and exhibition items.
Please note that exhibitors cannot make any claims of booth placement towards the organizer and the assigned booth cannot take over to the 3rd party.


We offer exhibitors a Shell scheme at low costs.
※ A Shell scheme includes : booth stand number and company name boards / exhibition carpet / 1 set of Information desk and chairs / spot lights 3ea / 2 holds power socket(220V) 1ea / trash can
